Abstract: | Studies on motivation have provided directions to the managers in order to help them frame strategies to motivate professionals in their respective fields. Among different the ories, Maslow's hierarchical needs have been discussed among the academia over a period of time. Though there is a wide acceptance to this theory among practising managers, in the context of changing environment, managers need to be vigilant to identify the impact on their changing needs. |
