sustainability imperative.

Abstract: In considering the future trajectory of MBA programmes, this paper advocates three main imperatives. First, the content of the MBA must evolve to place the sustainability imperative at the center of its philosophical essence. Second, the delivery modes of the MBA must evolve to allow MBA programmes to ride the digital revolution rather than clinging desperately to its tail. Third, MBA learning facilitators must be incentivized to change the content and delivery of MBA programmes to achieve a greater focus on the needs of MBA candidates and of the business community that hires them.
