Abstract: The present paper discusses the important lesson of the Gita in the field of management. The paper illuminates the areas like leadership, interpersonal relationship, work-life balance, jobrelated attitude etc. The paper reflects the thoughts of revered Pandurang Sashtri, Balgangadhar Tilak, Aurobindo, Vinoba Bhave etc. on the Gita. It also compares and contrasts the western views (Plato, Aristotle, and Kant) on the respective field of management. It emphasizes the management lessons in the Gita itself. Instead of relating the Gita in management, the focus remains to learn the management in the Gita. The efforts have been put to fit the business management in Gita's ideology rather fit Gita's ideology in the business management. The non-duality (Advaita) is the principle of the Gita. The Gita is not merely solved the problems of the life but it shows the path by which one can avoid problems before it takes place i.e. precaution is better than the cure. The paper also reflects the principles that can be applicable to a king, a father or a manager. Finally, the article concludes with the success mantra of the Gita i.e. wherever there is a guidance of the Gita and the efforts of the Arjuna, there will definitely be prosperity, victory, astonishing power and morality.
