The current study attempts to assess the mediating role of employee motivation in improving employee performance in the organizations. The researcher collected 888 samples from Rashtriya /spat Nigam Limited, Visakhapatnam to test the proposed model. The respondents' profile is explained by using the descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation. The proposed hypotheses of the model are tested by using Hayes (2016) mediation analysis. The results confirm the presence of significant indirect effect as hypothesized in the proposed model. |
