dc.description.abstract | In our current technological society changes in every aspect of our lives are taking place. One of the more evident changes that affect our lives is in the area of communication. We are now shifting from a print on paper-based society to an electronic society, the convergence of computer and communication technologies has revolutionised the traditional communication process as well as changing the concept of library. Library as we all known that it is the only place which is open to all. There is no place for any discrimination in dictionary of library. It is not only place of getting knowledge, giving opportunity to every citizen to make a hard bound of relation between them. Now time has changed, everything is revolving like a clock; our relation, our society, our technologies are modifying, to join the race of change. So libraries are also adopting these changes to forward their step with these changes and join the race of changes. In this paper only the changing movement of library has been discussed. | - |
