It deals with the key rating drivers like Political Environment, State of the Economy, The Banking Sector and other Key Economic Sectors like Oil etc. and their relative structural strength. Factors triggering rating actions include the security situatwn including genuine political reforms leading to concrete steps towards a political revolution, debt stabilization etc.
