Abstract: If you educate a man you educate an individual, however, if you educate a woman you educate a whole family. Women empowered means mother India empowered". -Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Educated women can make valuable contributions towards development of family and thereby the society. Educated women have fewer and healthier babies and they are more likely to raise them to become educated and productive citizens like themselves- creating a healthier and more stable society (UNICEF, 2007).
