dc.description.abstract | Organizational career management (OCM) refers to the decisions that the management takes to enhance the growth of their employees personally as well as professionally, as well as for the overall growth of the organization. It helps the employees to get promotions and transfers, and in turn, helping them to move into a leadership role. Employee Loyalty refers to the overall commitment of an employee with an organization. It also considers the level of involvement of the employee in their roles and responsibilities, as well as in the decision making, the number of initiatives that the employees take for the betterment of the organization. When an employee is loyal to the organization, he/she will be reluctant to resign and leave the organization for a very long period. A loyal worker will not be willing to hunt for new jobs or will criticize their own company. They will put their best for the work that has been assigned to them so that the work is completed effectively and efficiently. | en_US |
