Abstract: | The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a variety of fields over the course of the past several years has fundamentally altered the way work is performed. The domain of Human Resource Management (HRM), which is not an exception, has been subjected to a significant amount of change as a direct result of developments in AI technology. AI is offering new tools and strategies that are used to recruit, manage and keep personnel, which is transforming the way human resource management (HRM) functions. Companies are progressively turning to HRM arrangements that are fueled by AI in arrange to computerize and make strides their HR strategies, which has come about in HR hones that are both more effective and more successful. As a result, there is a growing interest in determining how the use of AI has impacted the HRM initiatives that have been put into place. The reason of this research is to examine the impact that AI has on HRM strategies and to recognize the benefits and challenges included with putting those techniques into practice. The desire to understand how AI is reshaping the landscape of human resources (HR) and to explore ways in which businesses may employ AI to improve their HR procedures and practices is the driving force behind this study motivation. The study's final result would be an examination of the points of interest AI integration offers businesses and how it influences HRM procedures. This research paper's goals are to examine how AI is used in HR functions at work, to evaluate how effectively planned training and development initiatives have prepared employees for AI integration in the HR domain, to look into the effects of AI integration on tactical performance evaluation in different enterprises, and to use AI to evaluate the efficacy of HR practises in different businesses. |
