dc.description.abstract | In recent years, food delivery apps have grown in popularity, and customer behaviour on these applications can vary depending on a number of criteria like user interface, application design, variety of restaurants, and packaging quality. When it comes to food delivery apps, factors such as the user interface, application design, variety of restaurants, and packaging quality can all significantly affect consumer behaviour. The impact of each of these elements on customer behaviour is broken down as follows: User interface and application design: The user experience and, eventually, consumer behaviour, are greatly influenced by the user interface (UI) and application design. Users are more likely to stick with an app if it's simple to use, appealing to the eye, and performs well. A poorly designed app, on the other hand, might irritate users, resulting in unpleasant experiences and possibly prompting them to switch to a rival's app. Restaurant variety: Customers love having a large selection of restaurants to choose from on food delivery apps. They are more inclined to utilise the app frequently the more options they have. A wide variety of cuisines and pricing points helps draw in and keep clients. For instance, some consumers could prefer to order from upscale restaurants for special events while others might prefer more reasonably priced options for regular meals. Packaging quality: Consumer behaviour can also be affected by packaging quality. Customers are more likely to have a favourable experience when food is provided in premium, long-lasting packaging that keeps it hot and fresh. In contrast, customers are more likely to be unsatisfied with the service and may hunt for alternatives if food is delivered in subpar packing that leaks or fails to keep the food fresh. | en_US |
