This research investigates the solid waste management practices in Indian vehicle manufacturing sector in an effort to add to the existing corpus of knowledge. We adopted a quantitative research strategy and utilized structured questionnaires with Likert scale measurements to collect data with the help of our peers. Our collaborative and multidisciplinary methodology ensured the participation of knowledgeable individuals, which facilitated the accumulation of pertinent and insightful data. The data analysis allowed to interpret the numerical data precisely. The main findings emphasize the significance of stakeholder collaboration, the potential of technological solutions, and the significance of regulatory support for improving solid refuse management practices. This study stands out due to its exhaustive nature, which incorporates the diverse perspectives and knowledge of our peers.
