Abstract: The online grocery delivery market in India is expanding rapidly due to increased smartphone use, technical developments, and shifting consumer tastes. This paper examines the circumstance of big basket Daily, a market leader that provides daily needs through subscription and daily delivery. Big basket Daily confronts issues in keeping inventory, assuring timely delivery, and controlling expenses in a highly competitive environment. To address these difficulties and improve the customer experience, an analysis is being conducted to uncover critical elements impacting customer happiness and loyalty. The project will look at things including simplified use, product variety, shipping experience, customer service, and discount options. The findings will give practical insights for enhancing customer experience and reinforce Big basket Daily's leadership in the Indian online grocery delivery
