Abstract: | The incorporation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into Human Resource Management (HRM) practices has become a major topic of discussion and investigation. ESG factors encompass a variety of environmental, social, and governance considerations that organisations must address to satisfy the expectations of diverse stakeholders, such as employees, investors, customers, and communities. Traditional HRM has centred primarily on talent acquisition, performance administration, and employee development. Organisations are now attempting to align their HRM strategies with ESG principles due to the growing recognition of the interdependence between business operations, societal impact, and environmental sustainability. |
