Abstract: It provides organizations with Opportunities to capitalize each other’s resource and strength. A joint venture between Suzuki Baleno and Toyota Glanza is known as cross-badging. It’s the process of rebadging cars made by one car maker and another marketing them under their name. These partnerships offer opportunities for cost savings, technology sharing, and market expansion. But they also facing difficulties that must be carefully managed. The cross-badging of the Toyota Glanza and Suzuki Baleno signifies a mutual beneficial partnership between the two well-known automakers, with the goal of leveraging each other’s strength and market share. Suzuki gets benefits from Toyota’s cutting-edge technology, Toyota is getting benefits on Suzuki’s establishes product selection, especially strong in the small hatchback market.
