Abstract: The Research studies how digitalization has contributed towards achieving financial inclusion among women. The study also gives a comparison between rural and urban region on how various factors affects in achieving financial inclusion. Primary data was collected from 50 respondents and was analysed using multiple tools and methods. Various research papers provided with the secondary data, and which was then analysed. The results show a considerable positive association between financial inclusion and digitalization, with urban residency and greater educational attainment serving as important predictors. Higher educated women are more likely to be regular users of digital financial services and to recognize that digitization has improved them to utilize a wider range of financial products and services. The study shows a strong relation between women empowerment and how digitalization helped with achieving that. The analysis of primary data collected using questionnaire also showed that there is a difference is various factors between urban and rural area in achieving financial inclusion. One of the main reasons for this was observed to be lack of financial literacy, how to use modern technology and various social and cultural norms. The research also helps us understand what all measures can be taken to taken to reduce the gap between two region
