Abstract

Across industries, project success is an unstoppable chase. The path followed by project managers along this road has been lit by several models and frameworks. However, there are limitations to the current state of project success assessment. In most cases, existing models present a fragmented view, focusing on specifics and ignoring the larger picture. This gap will be filled in this paper through coming up with a comprehensive framework termed as the SHA- Test , Success Harbor Test .
