Abstract: The Artificial Intelligence tools to automate marketing tools and make the work more streamlined. This not only helps the marketers to save time but also enhance the quality of the work, if it had to be done by human efforts alone. Combining human efforts with the Artificial Intelligence tools has been a blessing for all the people trying to market their products online and even reaching the most number of potential customers than ever. Previously what people used to do is, starting from the process of making people aware of the product till the person actually buys it, they had to initiate and follow up manually only. Name any task in the marketing field, people used to do it by themselves with little use of technology and internet, may it be lead generation, follow ups, awareness, coming into the set of consideration set and even pursuading a potential customer to buy the product. Artificial intelligence has just changed the way how organizations work and has helped them in automating tasks like, lead generation, customer acquisition, follow ups , customer query resolution and what not. This has immensely helped the organizations to invest more time in other valuable tasks and automating the marketing tasks making it more easier and convenient to work. The Artificial Intelligence tools have just bought a revolution in this digital marketing world, changing and shaping every task in a new way, helping marketers to get deep insights of the potential market and even work more efficiently in investing on other valuable tasks
