Abstract: | The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource (HR) functions within enterprises is examined in this dissertation. It looks at how AI is improving efficiency and effectiveness in HR activities including workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and recruitment. The study, which involved employee and HR manager interviews, discovered that AI increases productivity through work automation, data-driven decision-making, and user-friendly solutions. Nonetheless, issues with lost jobs, data privacy, and decreased interpersonal contact are mentioned. The study advises investing in AI while resolving issues with human oversight, change management, ethical standards, and system audits to reduce biases. In general, strategic AI adoption in HR is encouraged when precautions are taken to minimize risks and maximize advantages |
