Abstract: | In today's uncertain economic climate, profitability is a critical determinant of a company's viability and success. It displays a company's competitiveness, financial stability, and capacity to provide returns for its owners. For long-term development and survival in a market that is becoming more and more competitive, listed firms in India—and really any listed company worldwide—must continue to maintain a high degree of profitability. Thus, it becomes imperative to do study in the field of understanding profitability factors. |
