dc.description.abstract | One of the key roles of Human Resource management are Training and Development. On-the-Job training is one of the training methods in which employees will be oriented and will be trained on technical aspects, how the work will be done, organizational culture and succeed in their job-related aspects and career development. The main focus will always be on teaching employees machine usage, different softwares or certain tasks which will eventually improve efficiency of the employees and the organization. On the other hand, development can be termed as an umbrella to a person who has grown completely through education and also through which that growth of the individual contributes to the organization as a whole. This also refers to the individual’s personality in managerial fields. Training and Development both are the foundations of the Human Resource management department for taking out the best out of every employee working in the particular organization | en_US |
