dc.description.abstract | The recruiting procedures of organizations have long been linked to traditional methods of recruitment. For many years, the basis of talent acquisition strategies has been comprised of techniques including job postings, CV screening, and interviews. These approaches, which use human judgment and interpersonal skills to determine candidate eligibility, are frequently seen as reliable as well as tried-and-true. The traditional approach is not without its drawbacks, though. Due to issues with decision-making bias, resource-intensive processes, and restricted scalability that have beset traditional hiring practices, other approaches are being explored. | en_US |
