Sustainable employee transportation within organizations has emerged as a pivotal focal point, driven by businesses' aspirations to curtail their carbon footprint, enhance employee well-being, and optimize operational expenditures. This study delves into the realm of sustainable employee transportation, shedding light on its paramount significance in the contemporary corporate landscape. The research embarks on an exploration of diverse strategies and initiatives that organizations have embraced to champion sustainable commuting choices among their workforce. These encompass the embrace of environmentally conscious commuting alternatives, including carpooling, cycling, public transit utilization, and the adoption of telecommuting practices. Furthermore, the study scrutinizes the role of cutting- edge technology and intelligent transportation solutions in facilitating sustainable employee commuting experiences. Moreover, this paper underscores the myriad advantages associated with sustainable transportation practices.
