Sustainable employee transportation within organizations has emerged as a pivotal focal point, driven by businesses' aspirations to curtail their carbon footprint, enhance employee well-being, and optimize operational expenditures. This study delves into the realm of sustainable employee transportation, shedding light on its paramount significance in the contemporary corporate landscape. The research embarks on an exploration of diverse strategies and initiatives that organizations have embraced to champion sustainable commuting choices among their workforce. These encompass the embrace of environmentally conscious commuting alternatives, including carpooling, cycling, public transit utilization, and the adoption of telecommuting practices. Furthermore, the study scrutinizes the role of cutting- edge technology and intelligent transportation solutions in facilitating sustainable employee commuting experiences. Moreover, this paper underscores the myriad advantages associated with sustainable transportation practices. These benefits encompass a marked reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, tangible cost savings, the promotion of improved employee health and productivity, and the alignment of organizational objectives with overarching sustainability targets. In addition, potential impediments and challenges that organizations might encounter when instituting sustainable transportation programs are thoroughly examined. Drawing insights from a spectrum of case studies and industry best practices, this research elucidates successful approaches for fostering sustainable employee transportation. It underscores the pivotal roles played by corporate leadership, employee engagement, and the formulation of comprehensive transportation policies in realizing meaningful and enduring sustainability outcomes. In summation, this study underscores the imperativeness for organizations to accord precedence to sustain- able transportation as an indispensable facet of their corporate social responsibility endeavors. In doing so, they contribute to a future characterized by environmental consciousness, improved well-being, and enhanced operational efficiency, benefiting not only their enterprises but also the broader communities they serve. © 2023 IEEE.en_US
