Abstract: | People tend to forget or misplace their valuable items and spend a lot of time finding them. An application capable of tracking lost items can be used as a solution. It would pinpoint the location of the object. Such an application is suitable for common people as well as for service companies. IoT and Cloud Computing technologies could be utilized to develop very reliable systems. Commonly used methodologies for finding location are the Velocity Renovation and Kalman Filtering process. These algorithms can work with applications like Google Maps on mobile devices. The system can extract the coordinates of the object and share them over SMS hence., location sharing feature is enabled too. © 2024 IEEE. |
