Blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have lately become very popular and attracted a lot of interest in many different fields. The historical background of these innovations is explored in this study together with the significance of blockchain and NFTs as creative technologies with broad effects. The aim of this work is to graphically represent the present research trends and issues concerning blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by means of a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. This paper investigates important publications, authors, nations, and keywords in the field of blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) using bibliometric approaches including co-occurrence analysis, citation analysis, and network mapping. The results of the study offer important new perspectives on important fields of research, eminent writers, big nations, and generally accepted topics including blockchain technologies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Several different approaches were investigated with special focus on co-occurrence analysis, citation analysis, and network mapping. Finally, the bibliometric study offers a fundamental framework for understanding the existing situation of academic investigation in the fields of blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The findings of this manuscript clarify the use of blockchain technology and non-fungible currencies, therefore providing important information for next research projects. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management 2024.en_US
