Change Management in Academic Libraries: A Perspective

Abstract

This article deals with the strategies, influencing factors, successful execution and change management process in the ever growing library environment. It focuses on the factors influenced on change and change management process in the libraries. In the present scenario libraries have to find out the key areas of change and based on these elements objectives are to be framed and executed through the steps involved in the change management process.
