Abstract: In an increasingly competitive world where market conditions evolve rapidly, organizations continue to be dependent on the support, positive attitude and actions of employees to go above and beyond their work to accomplish performance and achieve success. The role of internal communication though acknowledged as important for organizational identification and influencing employees' behaviors, is still less understood. Also, the impact of how employees' perceptions of communication satisfaction can lead to improved citizenship behaviors is under studied.
