Abstract: Price negotiation is an effective mode of finalzation of purchase cost through a detailed analysis and discussion on the quoted price done in a transparent and fair manner This article details two such cases from the actual work experience wherein it was possible to arrive at substainally improred final price through a detailed threadbare analysis and repeated deliberations with the seller which proves that the modality is really useful in reaching a win-win position for both the sides involved in the price negotiation.
