Abstract: | This paper investigates the impact of foreign aid on income inequality in India by using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test from 1960-61 to 2009-10. The study uses the major macroeconomic variables such as per-capita Gross National Income (PcGNI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Official Development Assistance (ODA), Wholesale Price -Index (WPI), population, Gross National Expenditure (GNEx) and Gini Index (GI) for its empirical analysis. The whole study is based on the secondary annual time series data which is collected from the World Development Indicators published by the World Bank |
