Abstract

In professional career, sense of achievement (Satisfaction) and worldly accomplishments (Possession) are two most fundamental elements that drive people across the globe. Though everyone wishes to remain thrilled and committed for attaining one's life goals, 'Happiness' and 'Success' ha ve different connotation to different people, based on their perception. JRD Tata once said, "No success or achievement in material terms is worthwhile unless it serves the needs or interests of the country and its people and is achieved by fair and honest means."
