dc.description.abstract | The foe/le synthesis of stable gold nano particles embedded solanum tuberosum (GNPSTJ is demonstrated using the extract of Solanum tuberosum. The best parameters for the synthesis were NaAuC/4 salt (0. 1 M, 2 µLJ at room temperature. The results were verified using UV-Vis spectrometry, XRD, AFM and SEM. GNPSTwere monodispersed and of the size ( 40 ± 20nm). DPPH and Fenton bioassay indicated that GNP ST exhibit 12% enhancement In antioxidant activity. HPTLC detection identified ascorbic acid as a major antioxidant compound In the potato extract. | - |
