Abstract: In this global era of competitive environment, where geographical boundaries are merging and organisations are facing problems of head hunting and downsizing, organisational commitment is considered as the most prominent variable that helps organisations to achieve its goals and attain competitive advantage. Present study aims to find the relationship of demographic variables (age, gender and designation) with organisational commitment level of employees working in selected textile manufacturing units.
