dc.description.abstract | Leadership has emerged out to be one of the most important aspects of management. The aim of the study is to find out the dominant leadership style among civil service officers and to find out if gender identity is related to leadership styles. Using a sample of I 2 I PCS officers we assess their potential leadership style. Primary data has been collected for the research purpose in the form of a questionnaire. A non-probability sampling design in the form of a convenient sampling method has been adopted. The results show that participants with psychological androgynous features tend to use more transformational leadership style. | - |
