Schumpeter says "carrying out innovations is the only function which isfundamental in history". Peter F. Drucker described that innovatJon 1s the speafic tao/ ofentre preneurs, the means by wh,ch they exploit change as an opportunity for a differentbusiness or a different service. Research Question of the study is haw entrepreneurshipand innovation works espec,ally in South Afnca? Building linkages between theenterprises and export or,ented SMEs could be an important way to facilitate integrationwith global value chains and new markets. Social welfare and grand utility will betangent when equitable distribution can be atta ine d by South Afncan entrepreneursthrough creativity, arranging community banking, soc,af obligations and social business assugges ted by the author.
