Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors that promote or discourage knowledge sharing behaviour of nurses in the organizational context. Survey based instrument is used to gather the responses from nurses working in private hospitals in Tiruchirappalli district. 152 respondents participated in this survey. The results of PLS path analysis have demonstrated that intention and perceived behavioural control are significant predictors of knowledge sharing behaviour of nurses. Besides, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control were found to be significant predictors of knowledge sharing intention.
