Abstract: | This research determines the extent to which a variety of widely utilized consumer behavior concepts are systematically related. Within marketing, investigators have often commented on the apparent lack of structure and direction which underlies the extensive body of consumer behavior research. However, the identification of theoretical consistencies within consumer behavior should facilitate the evolution of marketing into a more mature area of inquiry. |
