Abstract

Governments across the world are taking major initiatives to transform the functioning of the government departments in terms of business process reengineering, change management, various policy changes, incorporating information technology etc. E-govemance has been recognized as the most important and effective tool for not only to modernize the government departments but also to make them more efficient, effective, accountable and responsible.
