Spirituality at Work has been a theme that has been rooting ground in the field of management research. Recent researches also speak about spirituality as the emerging context of business leadership. While this development is emerging, TrikaranaSudhhi (or Purity and Unity of Thought, Word and Deed), a concept that has been in existence in Indian scriptures and in the collective consciousness of India, do not find a mention in research literatures related to spirituality at work or workplace spirituality. This research paper details the attempt made by the researcher to develop a questionnaire that links Trikarana Suddhi with 'Spirituality as the Context of Leadership'-
