dc.description.abstract | Management is one of the very dynamic areas for effective utilization of all available and scarce resources. There are several studies conducted so fa r but management of people continues to be a highly potential area for effective results. Though we are living in a very advanced and system driven society, to understand the required qualities of a perfect leader, we should remember Lord Rama of Ramayana and to know and understand the real strategies we must explore Mahabharata according to the Hindu mythology. In this conceptual paper the author has attempted to understand some of the unique qualities like Dharma which means duty, Artha which means wealth, Kama which means pleasure, and Moksha which means Liberation, from the very famous Epics of Ramayana and Mahabharata for an individual to become a successful leader | - |
